will have theseA. You catch sleep easily because your memmory is not full with
poisonous pictures from tv
B. You wake up easily. You have no special problems waking up.
That is what people who stopped watching experience.
C. You easily visualise a positive future (positive thingking)
There are no images from tv weakening your own visualisations.
D. You make good progress in your life with the goals you have set
for yourself. You have succes. That is what people who stopped
watching experience.
